Oasis is our Jesus-focused, Bible-teaching, disciple-making junior high ministry that exists to provide 7th-9th grade students with caring, committed relationships that will engage and encourage students to:

  • Connect in relationships where they can be known, loved and cared for.
  • Grow in personal faith and relationship with Jesus.
  • Share hope with the world and make a positive difference in others.

Oasis  includes worship, teaching, games, testimonies, small group mentoring, service projects, retreats, leadership development, socials and conferences.

       Caring Sharing Hands - A compassionate response to serving the poor

Celebrate the beginning of a new school year with us by digging into the LARGEST ICE CREAM SUNDAE in all of Maple Grove! We will kick-off our Fall Teaching series called “Made to Make a Difference”. Students will DISCOVER how much their lives MATTER and how they can MAKE A DIFFERENCE that OUTLIVES their lives! Games, giveaways, summer videos, share time, small groups, friends, fellowship, and of course… ALL YOU CAN SCOOP-N-SNARF ICE CREAM!

SUNDAY MORNING STUDENT IMPACT

Impact is for 7th-9th grade boys and girls who want more in-depth Bible study, discussion and application with an emphasis on owning their faith and growing in their walk with the Lord. We will discover and grow our FAITH 4 LIFE.

JUNIOR HIGH SPECIAL EVENTS

Each month there is a special OPPORTUNITY to CONNECT, GROW or SHARE HOPE WITH OUR WORLD. Retreats, socials, outreaches, service projects, missions trips and leadership training conferences are some of the experiences that are created throughout the year to give students opportunities to develop meaningful friendships and to GROW, CONNECT and SHARE the HOPE of Christ!

It only happens once a year! An amazing opportunity to CONNECT with friends as we spend 7 hours making CRAZY MEMORIES together. We begin our amazing day at church at 5:00pm before heading off to MALL OF AMERICAL for an ACTION-PACKED PHOTO SCAVENGER HUNT. We will finish off our fun at Sundance Bowling Center for GLOW IN THE DARK, COSMIC BOWLING and a PIZZA FEED. ALL FOR ONLY $20. (Bring extra $ for food at the mall but pizza while bowling is included.)

Join us for a weekend you will never forget! It will be a great time of fun, friends and getting to know God better through His wonderful Word. Together, we will dig for treasure in the scriptures and let the light of God’s Word reveal truth to us. You will be challenged to grow in your relationship with God and leave with a greater understanding of His Word and how to apply it to change your life and “Be devoted to Christ”.

Eat a BIG dinner BEFORE you come because we will NOT be stopping for food. A snack before bed will be provided. BRING: Sleeping bag, SMALL duffel bag with WARM clothes, raincoat, towel, pillow, toiletries, Bible, pen/flashlight and a TEACHABLE spirit.

The campus pastor from Bethel will be delivering the message from God’s Word that will inspire and draw you into a deeper relationship with the Lord. Price includes ticket, snack & bus to Bethel University. BRING a NEW FRIEND and you both go for 1/2 price!!! NO REGISTRATION NEEDED...JUST BRING YOUR MONEY THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT!

          Friday, November 30 5:30—11:15pm and Saturday, December1, 7:30am—5:30pm (not an overnight)

          $55 plus $10 for lunch on Saturday

This is an IN DEPTH study of the Bible on RELATIONSHIPS with friends, family and parents. Wonderful Worship times, small groups, the Skit Guys and GREAT Bible teaching.
